Calling all students, parents, teachers and anyone interested in learning more about  World Ocean School’s upcoming Summer Ambassador Programs in the Great Lakes available to St. Croix students. Seven partial and full scholarships are available and the crew of Roseway will be on hand to answer questions, show you the boat, and provide applications. Join us from 4:00pm – 7:00pm on Sunday March 28  for another festive feast aboard Roseway!

We are proud to showcase award winning chef Jessica Reale for a night of extraordinary food, fine champagnes, and fabulous sailing. Specializing in classic French cuisine she will incorporate local Caribbean flavors in a five course tasting of small plates and appetizers complimented by wines selected by Byron Gregory of Prestige Wines.

- Local seafood ceviche served on a bed of greens tossed in citrus vinaigrette

- Mediterranean bruschetta of fresh mozzarella and roasted tomato and olive chutney topped with fresh arugula

- Braised beef shoulder with creamy corn polenta, roasted root vegetables, and fried leeks

- Orange and honey soaked pound cake topped with a sabayon cream and fresh fruit

As always, proceeds support the educational programs of the World Ocean School.
