Volunteering for the World Ocean School

World Ocean School seeks volunteers for an array of activities all year long.

Roseway Outreach Committee

Join a growing number of community members in St. Croix who meet regularly to find new ways to help support the work of the World Ocean School on the island. Their biggest tasks are to run the annual fundraising event each winter and to keep the school alive and present in the community even when Roseway is not in port.

Volunteer Deckhands and Interns

Each season World Ocean School accepts a small number of volunteers to serve as deckhands aboard the ship or as interns for the program. These can be tied to academic credit for those still in school or can simply serve as a life refresher, providing a new perspective and contributing to a great cause.
