June 8: Bermuda Rain and Shine

Arriving in Bermuda is like landing on that little piece of paradise that one only dreams about. If you had to be washed up on a desert island, this is definitely the one to land on (although it is far from desert like). Roseway crew wastes no time getting off onto the island on scooters, by bus, and on foot. While it’s true we are here to work–a few maintenance projects await as well as a fundraising event–there is still time to unwind after several  days at sea.

We meet increadibly nice people here who offer us meals and point the way to hidden gems along this rocky and tropical coast. And while we only get four days here, we revel in the sunshine and the rain readying ourselves for our next and final leg of this voyage.
