February 14: Champagne Tapas on Roseway

Join us from 4:00pm – 7:00pm on Sunday February 14 for another festive feast aboard Roseway!

We are proud to showcase award winning chef Jessica Reale for a night of extraordinary food, fine champagnes, and fabulous sailing. Specializing in classic French cuisine she will incorporate local Caribbean flavors in a five course tasting of small plates and appetizers complimented by champagnes selected by Byron Gregory of Prestige Wines.

– Root vegetable and goat cheese napoleon drizzled with basil oil and reduced balsamic vinaigrette

– Coconut shrimp on a bed of local greens with a sweet mango aioli

- Petite filet mignon with a pomegranate demi glace and gorgonzola whipped potato

- Flourless chocolate cake covered in chocolate ganache and garnished with a chocolate covered strawberry

As always, proceeds support the educational programs of the World Ocean School.
