Marianna Accomando

As both Vice President of Sales & Marketing and Assistant General Manager for the award-winning Seaport Hotel, Marianna holds dual responsibilities. She is responsible for leading all sales efforts to all key business segments including group, small meeting, leisure and business transient, revenue management, leisure, reservations, catering and weddings for the Seaport Hotel. As well, she manages the end-to-end Guest acquisition experience for Boston’s leading independent hotel.

Seaport is comprised of the 428-room, Four Diamond, Conde Nast recognized, hotel as well as 27,000 square feet of meeting and conference space. A popular destination for both business and leisure travelers, Seaport provides unparalleled service along with distinctive hospitality, sophistication and flexibility for each of its guests.

A graduate of the University of New Hampshire, Ms. Accomando brings over 30 years of hospitality experience to this position. Her community involvement includes serving as a visiting lecturer at Boston University School of Hospitality Administration, as well as a guest lecturer at the University of New Hampshire where she also serves on the Hotel School Advisory Board. She is active in local non-profit organizations including serving as Vice Chair for the New England Women’s Leadership Awards, founded by the Dorchester Boys and Girls Club, serving on the Rodman for Kids Committee. She serves on multiple GBCVB sub-committees, is a member of HSMAI, sits on the Board of SKAL Boston and is a recently published author of “Hospitality Revenue Management: Concepts and Practices.”
