Meet The Team
Matthew Morawa
Matthew is originally from Michigan, where he spent his summers growing up on the Great lakes. This instilled in him a passion for marine ecology and the preservation of wild spaces.
He went to Michigan State University where he received a Bachelor's in history with a minor in public policy/law and economics. After university, he joined the NAO Trinidad for a voyage from the Great lakes to Puerto Rico. Afterwards, he worked for the National Parks Service, before deciding to set sail again with World Ocean School.
