Terry McMahon

Terry McMahon has been in the commercial real estate industry for over 40 years starting with the R.J. Harrigan Company and merging in with the Boerke Company in 1997 where he has been a partner ever since. McMahon currently serves as Chairman of the board at Boerke, which is part of the Cushman & Wakefield Alliance in Wisconsin. He was a founding member of the Commercial Association of Realtors of Wisconsin. He is also past president of the Wisconsin Chapter of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors and currently serves as the membership retention chair. McMahon is also a founding member and current vice president of the Blue Gold Real Estate foundation at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire where they have completed or are currently in build of more than $200 Million off campus buildings that benefit the University and it’s students. This includes multiple dormitories, child care center, preforming art center and classrooms, and currently an 84,OOO square foot athletic arena and sports education center.

McMahon was also one of the founders of Milwaukee lake schooner Ltd. that built the tall ship Denis Sullivan, being co-chair of the construction committee and the chair of marine operations when launched. TLS ltd was the beginning organization that became Wisconsin Lake schooner education association which merged in with the existing Discovery World in Milwaukee. The merged groups then launched on building the new Discovery World Science center construction a new facility on the lakefront which became the home dock for the Denis Sullivan. McMahon is currently Chairman of the Board of Discovery World.

Other activities include coaching alpine ski teams at both the high school level and at the area’s junior ski race programs.
