The crew woke up to a beautiful sunrise, with the Denis Sullivan already underway. Anne made an amazing egg, cheese, and hashbrown breakfast that we all enjoyed thoroughly. Shortly after C Watch finished deck wash, we spotted Humpback Whales on our portside, a mother and two babies. Soon after taking in the sight, we raised sail and our voyage continued towards Nahant. While under sail we came across a Mola Mola on our starboard side. When rotations began, C Watch started with active watch. We flaked chain, did a boat check, steered at the helm and did bow watch. After active watch we moved into a lesson about sailor tattoos and then drew our own. Then we had enchiladas for lunch, which was also a favourite among students. We arrived at anchorage at 5pm and then we had swim call! Now we are preparing for Swizzle, the boat talent show after a delicious pasta dinner.
