Meg Peters
Growing up sailing and living aboard boats in the Caribbean and throughout New England, Meg grew up with a love for the sea and the adventures possible while away from shore. With an educational and professional background in International Affairs, Meg is excited to continue to learn and teach in a hands on environment with the dedicated team at World Ocean School. Never shy of an adventure, she first joined Roseway in 2021 with no tall ship experience but with an enthusiasm to know more about schooners and from others who also love to sail. Returning onboard as a Deckhand/Educator, she is excited to call Roseway home again and continue to learn from passionate sailors, students, and the sea. When not sailing on Roseway, Meg is an avid minimalist traveler, language learner, slow living advocate, sunset chaser, and, recently, tall ship admirer.
