Noah Limbach
Noah Limbach was born to a seafaring family and grew up sailing the Monterey Bay in Northern California. Since completing his Bachelor’s Degree in History, he has dedicated himself to preserving, practicing, and transmitting traditional maritime culture. In a world defined by rapidly evolving ideologies and runaway technological advancement, Noah sees it as his mission to preserve whatever is left of the heritage that ties us to our past.
His travels on traditional ships have taken him from the Great Lakes to the Florida Keys; from Scandinavia to the Virgin Islands. He brings to World Ocean School his passion for cultural preservation, traditional craftsmanship, and the education of the next generation of mariners.
