Walker Stressenger
Born in Boston, Massachusetts, Walker was raised with a love and respect for the ocean. At age seven he began sailing dinghy class sailboats and went on to race them for the next eleven years. Walker’s first encounter with tall ships was aboard the schooner Tabor Boy owned by his alma mater Tabor Academy in Marion, MA. He recently Graduated from IYRS school of technology and trades in Newport, RI with a certificate in Marine Systems. He now works and lives aboard schooner Roseway as the engineer.
