Hey everyone, are you wondering what we are doing or where we are? Well I can tell you! As students we woke up at 0720 today. We were already underway. Sailing to the Isles of Shoals In New Hampshire, and we sailed from Boston Harbor and the conditions were quite calm and it was about a ten hour voyage. To… Star Island! Why is it called Star Island?! Well Star Island was named by early sailors and fishermen who imagined the shape of the island resembled the points of a star. We took the dingy to the island from Dennis Sullivan and denny is anchored of the shore at about a depth of 36 ft. On Star Island there are so many beautiful flowers, lots of seagulls and an interesting history. There is a hotel, and people say it’s haunted. I’ll see it for myself. But if i come back to the Boston/New Hamshire I wont be swimming. Mom, the water is so cold; a 5 mm wetsuit won’t save me. If I went diving, I would need a dry suit. Other than the ice cold water we also enjoyed some ice cream from the hotels’s snack bar. And after that we walked around the island. I got some nice footage and photos of my trip that I cant wait to show you guys back home and send out. I love you mommy and grandma see you soon and I love you Ma’at I hope you are being a good girl! Sending so much love from the sea to my other friend and family. (wyatt is here) But yes this B watch and Zuma signing off.
Ps. Mom, I know the English teacher in you is commenting on my grammar. But like not to much I would like to apologize in advance :( Finishing had to finish this with my anchor watch buddy Wyatt at 3.33. Aslo small update currently anchored for the night 42 ft with a water temp of 9.9 degrees.
