Advanced Summer Ambassador Program (Day 2)

Hello family and friends, this is your one and only Lily writing from the ships computer. I am safe and sound after eating some good mac and cheese made by the awesome chef here on board. Today we put up some sails and sailed a good distance over rough waters, in which alot of people got seasick. I almost avoided the same fate, until I went down to my bunk and indeed got naseous. All in all, other than wet clothes and cold hands, its going pretty good.

Ok boom this is what happened today from Typrese’s pov. We set sail today we had to do back breaking work to prepare before we started our journey we ate pancakes for breakfast our choices were apple and chocolate pancakes. Once we did everything we needed to do we started sailing the waves were so bad it was throwing people all around the boat.

Hey Mom! im doing great. Today was fun meeting all the new people and actually talking to them was fun we all bonded on are shared sea sickness dont worry we are all fine. Crazy winds today as we sailed along Massachusetts Bay but all i want to tell you is that im safe and sound

Today was interesting, we made it from Boston Islands to Province Town, but the trip mover here was rough. all of us were sea suck the crew had to serve us lunch cause none of us couldget up without falling cause the waves were huge. but we got through it and now the waters calm. we already saw a seal this morning and im sure there will be many more sea creatures we see. im getting my checklist done i already have all the basic knots done and some line handling. everyone here is super nice students and crew and im super glad to be here and hope to learn more then i did last time since i have more time. Also, as always, the food is awesome. We had chocolate pancakes for breakfast, but since we were sick, for lunch we had rice and hot water with squash and some seasonings, and bread, which was great, especially cause it was so cold, and the soup was hot. I'm so excited to see where we go and to go on land in a few days. love you mom and dad.
