hello, today we got to eat the squid we caught and some blue fish it was absolutely delicious and tonight is movie night. We will vote later. We also went aloft today right now in New Bedford and tomorrow we go into the town. Yesterday we were in Woodshole. We went to the aquarium and WHOI, a research institution and we also got to walk around town and get some ice cream. I got strawberries as always. I've learned so much and had so much fun and will continue to with this amazing crew of students and teachers. I miss you Mum and Dad. I will see you soon.

Today was a rough one. I woke up for my nightly anchor watch which was difficult because who wants to get woken up. I had to fight my sleep demons to even open my eyes. Once I got up I was put in the worst weather you can get woken up in because it was wet and cold. My breaking point was when both my socks had gotten wet but I had some tea and that made me feel better so we are cool now.

Hello everybody, Today was really tiring but it was fun. We had just docked in New Bedford as we needed to get away from the hurricane but thankfully New Bedford has a Seawall that will cover us from all the bad waves. We got to go on the top part of the mast that we call a loft. I took a picture up there ( i will show when i get home mom dont worry). All was well . I've learned a lot here and can't wait to do more. P.S Love you mom.

Hello my peeps back home. Yesterday we ventured out of the boat and explored Wood’s Hole. A very nice landlubber at WHOI ( Wood’s Hole Oceanographic Institute ) taught us a lot of good info. Then I got a cool beanie and everyone got ice cream (no surprise, I got strawberry). Today we sailed over to New Bedford where we will walk around tomorrow and go to a Whale’s Museum. Very exciting! I feel like I just got on the boat yesterday and I’ve already learned a ton of new skills. Definitely wouldn't mind being a deckhand in the future as I'm getting a hang of ship’s life. Love you brioche and poeanut butter!
