Woke up, pulled up anchor, set up sails, ate breakfast, and set sail to Nantucket. We started our chores, once ending our chores we set up into our rotations throughout the day, and got interrupted many times during meals and showers. Now we are just outside Nantucket going to set anchor -Liam

Naomianna~ hi mom and dad. im having lots of fun and learning a lot and made lots of friends. we got great food today like lasagna and garlic bread. during night watch we got to shine the light in the water and see squid swimming around and eating and its very chill. ive learned a bunch of different knots and its very fun the first night i slept on deck and didnt sleep at all but the second night was great cause i was in my bunk ive done no reading or drawing cause unless im sleeping im hanging out with people its so fun love you guys see you soon

Today we set a lot of sails and learned about buoyancy and how a ship can float. Setting the sails was really cool and fun because we got to see almost all of the ten sails on the ship up. We are making our way to Nantucket today and wev’ve been sailing since early this morning. We also practiced knots and coils with rope. Its been really fun so far and Im excited to go on land tomorrow.,

We set off from Cape Cod Canal to Nantucket , reaching up to force 5 winds and battling tough conditions. However the scenery was incredible and I am making strong connections with the other crew. “An te a bhionn searach, bionn scealach” ,Reuben.

Today I learned to set the mizzen while underway, pretty cool. I saw lots of longlining boats steaming in home from their month-long voyage, and took lots of pictures of such. Today thanks to Soren, I also learned to “properly” tie a bowline knot. Pumped top go explore nantucket tomorrow. - Josh
