Today we reviewed our values and added some of our own. We also did a run through of watch jobs and practice drills for emergency protocol. We made a lot of headway after passing St. Thomas and went west of Culebra. We broke into watch groups starting 24/hour rotations. We all enjoyed a good laugh while putting on our immersion suits because none of us could keep footing. We enjoyed a taco lunch with sweet potatoes and salad. We hauled up the sails and used the windlass to pull up the anchor. A watch did bowls and soles and learned some basics on navigation, weather checks, dead reckoning, and bilge checks.
